Shipping policy

All items in our store are shipped exclusively using Australia Post.

Our standard shipping is FREE on purchases over $60.00 otherrwise a flat rate of $7 is applied on all products to all areas of Australia unless otherwise stated.

All orders are always shipped the next business day and should arrive within 1-2 days to Perth Metro, rest of WA 3-5 days and for the East Coast of Australia is normally 3-10 business days. 

Please be aware that there may be some delays in shipping due to COVID-19 restrictions. We'll do all we can to help any customers affected by the virus so let us know if there's anything we can do to assist.

Express shipping or signature for delivery is available as an extra charge.

We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels once it has been scanned in by Australia Post. Any delays in delivery once it has left our premise via 3rd party vendors is out of our control and limited in what we can do.  If any parcel is deemed lost by the carrier, we will help you out as much as we can but you must contact Auspost first using your tracking number.

For all overseas purchases, please contact us first to see if we can get you a better shipping rate than stated on the website.
