Refund policy

If you are having an issue with your item, please get in touch with us first via our Contact Us page or Messenger app outlining the issue. 

If we cannot resolve your problem and you are still unhappy with your purchase, you will need to return the items in their original packaging and the same condition as you received them, at your cost within 30 days of date of purchase.  Once we receive your item we shall process your refund. 

If you change your mind, we will consider a refund subject that the item purchased is unused and in its original packaging.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage back to us.

A full refund cannot be issued if the above returns policy has not been followed.
