2. Is it difficult to refill Sangenic Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature cassettes?
Absolutely not, it’s easy. Refilling a cassette only takes about 2 minutes. We provide full colour instructions to follow with the product.

3. Is the plastic thicker than the original plastic?
No, it’s the same thickness, making it easy to refill. Some refill systems sell thicker plastic making it more difficult to refill.
4. What happens if my bin starts to emit a smell?
Guess what, this may occasionally happen! Factors such as recent immunizations, diet or illness can have a massive effect on your little one’s number two’s.
We always say to treat your nappy bin like any other regular bin, empty regularly (i.e every day or so). Disinfect your bin every other week and let it fully dry.
5. Is your plastic bio-degradable?
Yes, absolutely it is! We obtain certification from our factory to ensure our product complies. It is one of the main reasons why we started this business as most genuine & aftermarket refills currently are NOT bio-degradable.
We have discovered many so-called biodegadable nappy refills claims are false and misleading, many are just normal plastic or degradable which means they break down in micro plastics which never breaks down and is harmful to our environment.
Our biodegradable plastic additive breaks down the film when exposed to oxygen & micro-organisms in the natural environment into 3 components: carbon dioxide, water and humus in about 6-18 months depending on environmental conditions. It does not break down into micro-plastic
It complies and is tested according to ATSM D6954 US & 8742 UK Standard.
6. Why dont you use bioplastic like PLA from corn starch?
After our researching findings, we discovered using starch based in plastic may sound eco friendly because it adds a naturally grown material but it only is a small percentage of its compsition that is added to plastic. When it biodegrades, it creates methane gas in landfills which adds to to the environmental impact.
6. What are your shipping terms?
- We exclusively ship with Australia Post.
- Standard shipping and tracking is FREE to all areas of Australia.
- All orders are shipped the next business day and arrive within 7-10 business days.
- Express shipping or signature for delivery is available at extra cost.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels once it has been scanned in by Australia Post. Any delays in delivery once it has left our premise via 3rd party vendors is out of our control and limited in what we can do.
- There may be some delivery delays due to COVID-19 restrictions, please allow a few extra days.
7. Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do. We constantly ship to New Zealand, Singapore & even Dubai.

9. What is your Returns Policy?
If you are having an issue with your item, please get in touch with us first via our Contact Us page outlining the issue. If you are still unhappy with your purchase, you will need to return the items in their original packaging and the same condition as you received them, at your cost within 30 days of date of purchase. Once we receive your item we shall process your refund.
A full refund cannot be issued if the above returns policy has not been followed.
