Be aware of other copycat/ knock off refill kits on the market. They will use a thicker white plastic film (not biodegradable) and is simply a long roll of plastic. You will s need to measure out and cut your film for EVERY refill. Also there are copycats that are only 30% biodegradable. This is NOT a biodegradable product and are not environmentally friendly.

This is an easy to use product that is much more environmental than buying the new cassettes, cheaper, and saves a lot of waste. My only wish is that it had arrived a little faster, but that is really Australia Post's problem!
United KingdomWish I had been able to buy without the tubes
I’m buying from the UK, where the local supplier had stopped stocking, so paid for global shipping. I already have two cardboard tubes here and didn’t need more (which added weight, CO2 and $$$) but the plastic alone version was sold out. No response to emails and Facebook messages asking if it was going to be restocked. I waited around three months but in the end had to get the heavy version. Wonderful product, the only one of its kind I’ve been able to find worldwide, but please stock more of the tube-free version and prevent more waste!
